Want to Make the Philly Flyer?

Bartenders, bar owners, lend us your ear. If you want add the Philly Flyer, the newly anointed signature cocktail of Philadelphia,  to your drink list, let us know and we’ll promote your bar on this post.

The Philly Flyer consists of:

2 oz. Bluecoat Gin
1/3 oz. Luxardo maraschino liqueur
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice, 1/4 oz. creme de cassis

Combine in a shaker, shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. No garnish.
