Honest Tom’s Taco Shop storefront on 44th Street is getting to that time. Tom says he’s expecting the heath inspector this Friday, and if all goes well he could open a week after that.

Rob LaScalla (LaScala, duh) bought Paradigm and Dulce over the summer. By the end of the week both will be open as affordable Italian concepts.
