Though the Khyber can legally drink on its own by now, the most recent incarnation, the Khyber Pass Pub turns one tonight. And Foobooz’s top bar is celebrating with specials all day.

• $4 Ridgemont Reserve Manhattans all-day.
• From 4 to 6 p.m., it’s Happy Hour with select $10 pitchers, $1.50 domestic bottles, $4 Classic Frozen Mint Juleps, $2 off drafts, and $1 off everything else.
• From 6 to 9 p.m., there are $2 Shine Shots, $2 Sly Fox and $2 Bluecoat drinks.
• Finally, from 9 till 11 p.m., get your fill of $2 Drafts and $2 Buffalo Trace drinks.

And as if that isn’t enough, there will also be specials on bar snacks all day.
