Today, the Standard Tap is hosting a benefit for Maxx Stoynaoff-Williams, the leader of Philadelphia’s own Black Landlord and formerly of the Goats and Incognegro. Maxx was hospitalized for the better part of the month and has the medical bills to prove it.

The benefit will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Tap with a live auction beginning at 7. Available in the auction will be the Philadelphia Golden Ticket. A non-transferable, unlimited two ticket pass to any show at 10+ venues in 2012.

Venues include: Electric Factory, Mann Center, The Trocadero, All R5 events, Theatre of Living Arts, Festival Pier at Penns Landing, Union Transfer, Milkboy, The Note, Kung Fu Necktie, Johnny Brendas & The Fire
