Last week Connie’s Ric-Rac went in front of the Passyunk Square Civic Association regarding plans to expand next door as a restaurant. There would be no interior door between the two spaces and promises to be “a dining experience unlike any other in South Philly.” Next up for Connie’s is a hearing with the Zoning Board to receive a referral for the planned use. Then it is back to the civic association for a vote.
