LaBan Promises Fifth Four Beller

Currently four restaurants have Craig LaBan’s highest rating of Four Bells (Fountain, Lacroix, Le Bec-Fin, Vetri). On Sunday, February 5th that total will go to five.

But what isn’t clear is whether it will be those four plus another, or will one or more of the existing four-bellers drop.

So what are your predictions? Who drops? Who ascends? Which 13 restaurants were considered?
