Alla Spina opened on Monday, and yet somehow, that seems like a month ago already. In the time between then and right-this-very-minute, we have seen Marc Vetri try to save the world, Pliny the Younger arrive on our shores, Hop Sing Laundromat finally open (briefly), and Le Bec-Fin announce the end of an era that it, arguably, began.
