Nom Nom Ramen Hopes to be Good to the Last Slurp

Alan Su is aiming to open his Nom Nom Ramen shop at 20 S 18th Street next Tuesday, the first day of Spring. Su, who grew up in Philadelphia has helped out his family’s take-out restaurant since he was a young boy and recently quit his restaurant group management position to open a Hakata-style ramen shop in Philadelphia.

Pictured above is a bowl of his Nom Nom Spicy Miso soup.
