Han Dynasty Adding Another Location
Posted by Foobooz on March 22nd, 2012
Han Chiang from Han Dynasty already has a lot of things going for him. He’s got 4 locations of his crazy-popular (and crazy-good) namesake restaurant. He’s got a reputation for being a loud, outspoken, F-bomb dropping sonofabitch in a town that just considers that sort of behavior charmingly quirky. He had a rap song written in his honor.
And now he’s going to have a fancy, brand-new and shiny home for his next Han Dynasty location because, as Eater Philly reports, he just signed the paperwork for the space at 38th and Market that, until very recently, was home to Daniel Stern’s MidAtlantic.
The new location will join Han’s growing empire of restaurants in Manayunk, Royersford, Exton and Old City. No word yet on an opening date, but I bet I can guess what’s going to be on the menu…
