I don’t like the name of Jen’s restaurant. There’s already a great band by that name. And I will always think of them. I wish her much success though. She seems cool and obviously driven.

15 minutes elapsed. Sad, I thought that she and Blais might be chefs

@ Phillygrub, if anyone knows Jen personally like I do, The name of her new spot name fits her perfectly.

@ Andywarhol she is one of the most talented cooks I’ve ever worked with, why would she turn down national T.V. show coverage to promote her new restaurant?

@ Michael Falcone She’s a blonde who lives in the “concrete jungle”? I just think it could have been a little more original and, maybe, more food-oriented. Also, did she know that there is a band by that name? A band that’s been around over 30 years? Oh well, for all I know, maybe its her favorite band of all time? Anyways, not slighting her at all. Just not into the name as a restaurant. I wish her luck. :)

@ Michael Falcone – as I don’t know her I’ll take your word that she has no interest in celebrity other than as a means to promoting her restaurant. I stand corrected, she is not an aspiring starlet, instead she is a martyr, willing to prostitute her time and privacy to gain a venue in which to further her craft.

I honestly do hope that her restaurant succeeds.
