Shake Shack is opening on Wednesday, June 6th at 20th and Sansom Streets. Danny Meyer’s version of a roadside burger joint will of course offer burgers, shakes and custard but will also offer several items with a Philadelphia flair.

Concretes, frozen custard blended with mix-ins offer Philadelphia-inspired toppings to the menu.

• Center City Pretzel – Vanilla custard, Philly-style soft pretzel, caramel sauce, marshmallow sauce and banana
• Rittenhouse² – Chocolate custard, La Colombe coffee beans, coffee marshmallow sauce and chocolate truffle cookie dough
• Liberty Shell – Vanilla custard, Termini Bros. cannoli shell, strawberry puree and lemon ricotta
