Fish Returns for Center City Sips

Posted by Aubrey Nagle on June 6th, 2012

So it turns out that Fish, after all the recent ups, downs, and confusion, is reopening sooner than previously thought.

Before regular service re-launches (hopefully on June 12th) Fish will be participating in Center City Sips tonight from 5-7pm and every Wednesday after until August 29th. $3 beers, $4 wines, and $5 cocktails will be available in addition to $5 appetizers.

And we know what they’re going to be serving…

Beers: Philadelphia Pale Ale and Pennsylvania Brewing Company Weizen
Wines: White – Cantin Povero Cortese “Tratcio Bianco”  Red – Bodegas Francisco Casas “Tinta de Toro”
Cocktails: Grape Limeade, Calm Before the Storm
Apps: Smoked Marlin Tacos, Spicy Fried Rock Shrimp [both $5]

Fish will be re-opening regular service during the week of June 11th when their .99 oyster happy hour will continue.

Good god.. Fish needs a “do not resuscitate” order. This prolonging of the inevitable decline is just sad.

Fish HAD a great Happy hour. First time we went, our bartender Jeremy was very fast, witty and very easy on the eyes.. Even tho there was a huge crowd of people he really took care of us. We ended up staying from 5-10 lol. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable with an amazing personality. He went above and beyond to make us fancy cocktails. But we went in last week to see him and found out he no longer works there. The bartender we had lacked knowledge and personality. This just makes me believe all the messed up rumors written about this place. Such a shame, looks like FISH is not on my radar anymore.
