Firkin Friday Happy Hour at Rittenhouse Tavern
Posted by Aubrey Nagle on June 15th, 2012

In addition to the other many happy hours popping up, this Friday, June 15th at 4pm, Rittenhouse Tavern will be launching their first Firkin Friday Happy Hour. Each week will feature a new firkin and this week features Dogfish Head’s “Johnny Cask” the 75-Minute IPA. Weather permitting the cask will be tapped in the outdoor garden. Glasses of the firkin will run for $5.
Chef Nick Elmi will be creating a special charcuterie plate for $6 to compliment the beer, and the regular happy hour menu will also be available. Guests who eat or drink at Rittenhouse Tavern receive free admission to the Philadelphia Art Alliance, where local artist Adam Wallacavage is currently showing his exhibit “Shiny Monsters.”
