The Second Annual Vendy Awards have been scheduled for Saturday, July 28th. At The Lot at 39th and Market, food writer Joy Manning and chef Marcie Turney will be judging 8-10 street food vendors nominated by the great people of Philadelphia in a sidewalk cook off.
