Katie Loeb and Adam Kanter are Doing a Tiki Pop-Up

It would appear that tiki pop-ups are the new ramen pop-ups.

Mixologist Katie Loeb who is behind the tiki drinks at Han Dynasty is teaming up with Adam Kanter of Rum Bar to create a one-night tiki pop-up, Duke’s Surf Bar. The pop-up will happen at Rum Bar on Thursday, August 16th. All of the 20 tiki drinks will be available for $10.

Just to be clear. The Duke’s Surf Bar concept and pop up are Adam Kanter’s baby. I am lucky to have friends with great ideas and venues to host them. Honored that Adam asked me to collaborate on this event with him and expand my knowledge and repertoire of Tiki. It’s going to be fantastic!
