Stephen Starr wants to put a dinner and a movie cineplex in Center City. Are you ready for Sichuan shoestring fries with your summer blockbuster?

Starr says of a Center City cinema eatery. “It’s not an easy thing, but somebody’s got to have the balls to do it.”

      We already have the Movie Tavern franchise in Collegeville which I love. A Stephen Starr venue will be very expensive for the average movie goer. I personally enjoy a movie and a good restaurant as a nice date and the atmosphere of the restaurant is a part of the experience.

      I agree with @Jett I probably wouldn’t care as much if at least one of the many theaters I use to frequent downtown were still open.
