Sotired was too tired to read the article. Fette Sau will be the operator in a Starr facility. Nothing stolen or passe here. If you don’t like it don’t go there.

SoTired: Doesn’t look like anyone is stealing anyone’s “passe” concept here. The Brooklyn Fette Sau operators/owners seem like they’re going to be directly involved in the Philly location. Strangely, Starr appears to be some sort of investor in their expansion to Philly. If that’s the case, we should thank him, as Fette Sau is kind of great.

No guys, FNA did not have a meeting recently on this project.

This project is at 1208 Frankford Ave. The meeting was held last year and we had a hint it would be Starr because of the developer. At that time the concept was different.

The recent meeting, the one you linked to, was for 1204 Frankford Ave. Hip City Veg was present for that meeting and the potential tenant. Two different properties.
