Last Minute Seats for Life’s a Peach Dinner at Miss Rachel’s Pantry

This Friday August 3rd at 7 p.m. Miss Rachel’s Pantry is holding a “Life’s a Peach at the Pantry” farmhouse dinner and a few seats have recently become available. Each week at their Farmhouse dinner chef Rachel Klein serves a four-course, home style, vegan, fixed price dinner at their communal table for $45. This week’s meal is peach themed.
The Dining Room at Miss Rachel’s Pantry is BYO, and the menu for this Friday’s peach themed dinner includes:
First
Sweet petite peach grilled ‘cheese’ with caramelized onions or chipotle-peach seitan crunchy tacos.
Second
Peachy picnic salad with avocados, local tomatoes and citrus dressing or chilled ginger peach soup with local corn and cashew ‘sour cream’
Third
Roasted seitan glazed with peach chutney, served with garlicky mashed potatoes and caramelized brussels sprouts or hearts of palm and white bean cake with pickled peach relish and creamy red heirloom quinoa ‘grits’
Forth
Peach and strawberry cobbler with whipped cream or peachy parfait with vanilla ice cream and homemade granola
