Collaborative Dinner at Stateside

Stateside’s George Sabatino and Jamonera chef de cuisine Paul Lyons are collaborating on a late summer tasting dinner at Stateside on Tuesday, August 28th. The seven-course dinner costs $55 per person and feature dishes like smoked corn soup, grilled French cut black bass and roasted torchon of lamb saddle.

There are three seatings, 5:30, 7:30 and 9:30. Make your reservations now and be on the look out for the optional drink pairings that should be finalized this week.

Sunflower seed & plum stuffing, mint, truffled jus

      Enough with the hipster attitude. Pop rocks are not food. GS this makes you look like an immature hack. Pop rocks are not cutting edge, they are just childish.

      @MJD…. chill out man…(or woman) have fun, eat, drink and be merry …. George , Paul and Robert are amazing at what they do, they are pros, so either lighten up and go eat there amazing food or keep your negative comments to your self. GS is far from a hack, MJD your comment makes you look like someone who needs a hug and a good time. I can help with both.
