In Riva’s chef Arthur Cavaliere will soon become a teacher. Well, sort of. Cavaliere will be teaching monthly hands-on pizza cooking classes at In Riva starting Monday September 10^th. Each class will teach 20 students how to make In Riva’s Napoletana style pizzas and will be followed by a four course dinner with wine pairings, all (with tax and gratuity included) for $85.

Each class beings on Mondays at 7 p.m. and will be held September 10^th, October 1^st, November 12^th, and December 3^rd. Reservations can be made for these public classes, as well as for private pizza cooking classes, by calling In Riva at 215-438-4848.
