Starting Tuesday September 18^th, chef Chris Kearse will begin serving a special weekly prix-fixe menu at Will. Each menu will be based around one particular ingredient and will be $45 per person. Kearse will also use a technique and/or flavor that pushes the menu beyond what might be expected at Will. “We’re going to be a little more adventurous with these menus, and really stretch ourselves in the kitchen,” said Kearse. “We’ll get to try new techniques, new flavor combinations, and give our guests a new experience.” The menu will only be available on Tuesday of each week.
