One suburban outpost does not a chain make, and to utter Vetri’s name in the same vein as Crapplebees and Chris steakhouse is an abomination. It just makes good business sense because he can capture the suburban market that does not want to risk PPA, thugs, or other city ills.

Bravo, and since I work 5 minutes away from his new location I cant wait for him to open!
