End of Summer Barbecue at Chifa

Celebrate (or mourn) the end of summer this Sunday September 23rd at 4:30pm at Chifa. Chifa’s End of Summmer Barbecue will feature all-you-can-eat grilled meats plus starters and sides. The family style meal is $35 per person.
Chifa’s chef de cuisine Natalie Maronski will be creating dishes including:
- Peruvian Ceviche with leche detigre, sweet potato, rocoto aioli and pickled onions
- Mizuna Salad with jicama ribbons, melon, smoked marcona almonds and pickled ginger dressing
- House-Made Kimchi and pickles
- Spicy Wok-Fired Greens
- Crispy Humita
- Asian BBQ Pork Shoulder
- Black Pepper Soy-Glazed Beef Ribs
- Korean BBQ Chicken
