Bainbridge Barrel House Names Chef, GM

The Bainbridge Street Barrel Houseis progressing at 6th and Bainbridge (not fast enough for locals smarting over losing Tapestry) and today they have announced their general manager and chef.

The general manager is Agi Czapka, Queen Village resident and veteran of Paradiso, Fork and Rae. In the kitchen will be Eric Paraskevas. Paraskevas has been the executive chef at Terra for the past couple of years after getting good write-ups as the opening chef at Slate.
