      @ Maf: Agreed!! It has the most concentrated flavor, but alas, people are so close minded..

      Thought someone would call me out, and they did. The stems are very flavorful, but I can just imagine local broccoli stems being tough as a mother. Would not want to see them on my plate at a restaurant but I guess I should reserve judgment until I actually taste this preparation…!
