We’ve enjoyed each Bloktoberfest we’ve been to, even the one where it rained pretty much all day. The event returns this Saturday and it is bigger than ever.

Now in its fourth year, the block party closes South Street between Broad and 18th Streets for four blocks of beer, food, music and fun. Bloktoberfest showcases a wide selection of craft beer, food from neighborhood vendors and food trucks and multiple stages for live music. The event is not for profit, with beer proceeds directed back into a variety of local charities and programs.

Beer at Bloktoberfest

In order to enjoy beer at Bloktoberfest you need to purchase a beer bracelet. The bracelets are $15 online and $20 day of. The bracelet also comes with three drink tickets. Additional drink tickets can be purchased at the event for $5 each.
