Chhaya Café Adds Fall Flair to Brunch
Posted by Amanda Shulman on October 13th, 2012
Chhaya Café on East Passyunk is making their brunch seasonal as they add some serious fall flair to their menu. Whether you like your brunch sweet or savory, Chhaya Café will tickle your taste-buds with their mouthwatering and totally sinful new offerings. On the sweet spectrum they’ve added Pumpkin Waffles with pecan syrup and cinnamon whipped cream and Apple Crisp Pancakes with a toasted crumb topping. On the savory side check out the new Roasted Squash and Shaved Apple Salad with goat cheese and honeyed walnuts. If you’re one of those indecisive individuals like myself, the Seasonal Crepes include both sweet and savory varieties like Dulce de Leche and roasted squash, so go for one of each to achieve a proper balance. The coffee and tea selection will now offer Pumpkin Spice Lattes, Pumpkin Spice Chais, and Hot Apple Cider, so you can get that fall fix to warm you right up.
