		<description><![CDATA[Speaking as an ex-archaeologist and beer nerd, I can highly recommend his books - they are very accessible. He keeps the hardcore technical stuff in journal articles.  If only Dogfish Head needed to hire a combination web manager/archivist/archaeologist to help out with some of what he does with them - that would be my ideal job!]]></description>
