Meritage Hosting a Game Tasting Menu
Posted by Alex Tewfik on October 23rd, 2012
Meritage Restaurant & Wine Bar will be hosting a Chef’s Tasting Menu from Wednesday, October 24th through Friday, October 26th. Chef Anne Coll has put her culinary prowess to use by creating a five-course menu of game, with dishes ranging pan-fried wild boar dumplings to roasted venison, all for only $39.
Create yourself a Game of Rhones, because Chef Coll’s got game when it comes to her cooking, and it’ll be a sure game-changer.
Those were too easy, it had to be done.
