@jacque – Considering craft/micro brew growth has been consistently increasing (15 % in 2011) while overall beer sales in the US has decreased or remained stagnant (down 1 % in 2011), I’d say there is a very large market for people who enjoy these “Goofy beer trends”. Not to mention the fact that all of these “goofy trends” are based on recipes that have been around for 100s if not 1000s of years….or did you think that beer/fizzy yellow water was solely invented by miller/coors/bud?
