Afternoon Tea at La Petite Dauphine

Posted by Amanda Shulman on November 2nd, 2012

Starting Saturday, November 3rd, La Petite Dauphine will be offering a weekend tea service. Beginning at 3:30 p.m., they’ll be serving up canapes, scones with fresh berries and devonshire cream, tea sandwiches and selections from the dessert cart (selections implies multiple options, we love choices). Reservations are required for the $26 a person tea-time.

If tea isn’t really your thing and something a little more bubbly or spirited is your style, feel free to BYOB and dip your crumpets in something with a little more kick. Besides being a delicious afternoon treat, this is also the perfect occasion for you to take grandma out and seal the spot as her favorite grandchild.

I’m not sure $26 equates “complimentary.” However, this does sound nice.

      David Smith doesn’t do “cheap”.
