Oyster House’s Oysters To-Go gives you the ability to take your at-home or in-office events up to a new level.
This holiday season, guests can pick from Sam Mink’s menu of East Coast and West Coast oysters, with everything from his favorite clean, salty Pemaquids to the briny Blue Points of New York. Serve them as appetizers at your next gathering, create an oyster-driven menu at your next dinner party, or build-your-own raw bar; the possibilities are endless.
The oysters will be shucked and packed on ice in special trays to preserve their liquor and ensure freshness. They’re only available by advance-order, so call ahead or stop in, place the order, and the return later to pick them up.
Oyster House is also offering Dump Dinners. Large groups (6 – 16 diners), can gather ‘round a newspaper laden table to demolish one of the city’s best seafood feasts featuring steamed clams, mussels, lobster, sausage, corn and potatoes, all for just $25 per person. If each guest is willing to dish out another $15, you can start the dinner off with the Raw Bar Sampler, consisting of three oysters, two littleneck clams, and two shrimp. For an additional $20 a person, you can load on a Beverage Package that entails buckets of Narragansett pounders, pitchers of Kelly’s Punch, and carafes of house red and white wine.
