Tough Weekend for Le Bec Fin

Le Bec Fin was spared flooding damage from the water main that ruptured at 16th and Walnut over the weekend, though the street is still closed to automobiles. And then overnight on Saturday, someone tagged the rooftop of the famed restaurant. Presumably as Water Department crews worked on the hole below.
