The mac and cheese is a a gourmet blend of gruyère, aged gouda & aged white cheddar mixed with a béchamel sauce & elbow macaroni. The dish is then topped with corn flakes, baked, and served with warm blueberry cornbread.

Bridget Foy’s spins their take on mac and cheese by adding a potato chip crust to their four-cheese cream dish. For two dollars extra add bacon, grilled chicken, tomato, or herbed mushrooms.

 High Brow Mac and Cheese

While lobster mac and cheese seems like a great idea, it is usually better in theory than practice. But the Village Whiskey lobster mac and cheese rises above the rest. Jamie’s Lobster Mac is doused with fontina, mascarpone, and bread crumbs, making the $18 dish well worth its cost.
