The days of 2012 are dwindling and we’ve been thinking back on the year that was. In Philadelphia it was another banner year of restaurant openings, stories of chefs coming of age and expanding offerings in food and drink.
So once again, we’re asking your help in defining 2012 – The Menu. What were the dishes you had that defined the year? We’re not looking for your favorite dishes of all time, but what you discovered this year. What you will remember as being from 2012.
With your help, we will create 2012 – The Menu.
We’re asking for your favorite bites of 2012:
- Appetizer or small plate
- Main Dish
- Specialty Dish (A specialty of the house, or occasional special. We’re looking for things like suckling pig for two or a specific dish from a special tasting menu)
- Dietary Restriction Dish (Vegan, Gluten-Free, etc.)
- Local Beer
