Chicken schnitzel BLT starting tomorrow. Schnitzel, bacon, tomato confit, herb mayo, lettuce. Yum.

      Looks good, but I have no confidence they’ll actually have it. I went there a few weeks after opening only to learn that they weren’t serving the promised sandwiches yet. Then I went there last weekend for the Schmitz only to learn that they can’t get the pretzel rolls that have been on their published menu for months. Do these people really have their act together?

      Yes we will have it tomorrow. Still have no idea when the Pretzel Rolls are coming, hopefully in about 3 weeks.

      That place is notorious for their inability to provide accurate food and beverage menus.

      Um. They made pretty clear and it was widely reported that the sandwiches weren’t going to be available upon opening. I probably read that (and why) in 10 different places.

      But yeah, super sorry that you went to get a sandwich and had to settle for one of the other 150 sandwiches available in that building.

      Thanks for your sympathy, Prnci, but my complaint wasn’t that I wasn’t able to find something to eat. My complaint was that this place now has a pattern of not having available items listed on published menus. It should go without saying that that’s bad business. I don’t know when or if I’ll try again.

      I had the pork schnitzel BLT yesterday and it was incredible. Freshly-fried, crispy & tender pork. Flavorful bacon. Nice herbed mayo, sweet, rich tomato. Lettuce got limp from the piping-hot pork, picked it off and went about my business. Get it.
