Freshly-fried, crispy & tender pork. Flavorful bacon. Nice herbed mayo, sweet, rich tomato. Lettuce got limp from the piping-hot pork, picked it off and went about my business. Get it.

I went there a few weeks after opening only to learn that they weren’t serving the promised sandwiches yet. Then I went there last weekend for the Schmitz only to learn that they can’t get the pretzel rolls that have been on their published menu for months. Do these people really have their act together?
