Phase One of Sophia Opens on New Year’s Eve

Striped Bass alum Christopher Lee is coming back to Philadelphia. Fans will get their first chance to try his food on New Year’s Eve at Christopher Lee at 1623, the prelude to Sophia, which will be coming to the location in 2013.
There will be three options on New Year’s Eve in the former Salt & Pepper. Lee and chef de cuisine Oris Jeffers will be preparing a four-course dinner with Champagne for $45, a later seating for $75 and a bar package for $35 between 10 p.m. and midnight.
