Lamb, Cheese and Soul Coming to Reading Terminal Market
Posted by Foobooz on January 2nd, 2013

The second half of 2012 saw the Reading Terminal Market open Tubby Olive, Head Nut and Wursthaus Schmitz. Next up is Valley Shepherd Creamery, which is promised to be opening shortly. But that’s far from the only change on deck.
Nanee’s Kitchen will provide the option of samosas to Reading Terminal shoppers. KeVen Parker is bringing some soul back to the market with a take on his Miss Tootsie’s, set to replace Delilah’s.
And according to Michael Klein, Border Springs Farm will be bringing a lamb-centric booth to the market. The farm which is located in Patrick Springs, Virginia also has a stand in Washington DC’s Union Market. Expect frozen lamb cuts as well as ready to eat lamb pot pie, sausage and gyros. Check out this Philadelphia Real Estate Blog post on the DC stand.
