Bubby’s picks a winner

Last night, Guillermo Pernot of Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar took home the prize for cooking the best example of modern Jewish cuisine at Bubby’s Cook-Off. His dish? Hummus kawarma with lemon sauce, which totally sounds like something they can’t get enough of in Cuba.
