Weekend: Margaritas, Cheese Curds and East Passyunk’s Restaurant Week

Posted by Foobooz on February 22nd, 2013

Friday

Start your night off with a special Philadelphia Union happy hour at Brauhaus Schmitz.  There will be a raffle for a Union Polo and “Doop” scarves. Also look for the $4 specials.

It’s National Margarita Day. It’s kind of like Cinco de Mayo but less douchey.

Saturday

Kite & Key has been stockpiling kegs of their favorite Founders kegs. They’re tapping the good stuff starting at 11 a.m. so don’t be late.

We tried the cheese curd truck a couple of weekends ago and are still thinking about that salty, cheesy, fried goodness. Get some of your own at the Piazza.

Sunday

Be the first of the huddled masses waiting for brunch outside of the new Honey’s Sit ‘N Eat.

Do you have your crabby snacks ready? It’s the Oscars.

East Passyunk’s own Restaurant Week kicks off.
