Okay, so yesterday we had some good barbecue news, with the crew at Bubba’s Texas BBQ getting mentioned in a Washington Post wrap-up of East Coast, wood-fired ‘cue. But now, some bad news. Over at the Insider, they’re reporting that Little Louie’s BBQ has shut down in Collingswood after a year and a half.

True, it’s an awkward space. True, several things have come and gone in it over the years. But this region’s barbecue scene is still very much in its infant stages so any losses hurt.
