Outdoor Dining and a Sausage Cart Coming to Red Owl Tavern

Beginning May 1st, Red Owl Tavern on Independence Mall will begin offering outdoor dining. In addition to the 24-seats for outdoor dining, executive chef Guillermo Tellez will offering house-made sausages from his sausage car, “Sausage Hombre.”
