It’s that time again, folks. The new COOK schedule is going up and we’re here to give you the highlights.

June 3: Traditional Polish Fare with Maciej Ciezki of Lacroix

June 5: Foobooz Open Stove Night (we’re not revealing our competitors yet, but I can promise another epic showdown–plus drinks)

June 8: Wines of Austria and Germany with Brian Freedman, Food and Wine Writer/Consultant

June 9: “A Good For You Drive Thru” with Ryan Sulikowski of Farmers Road Drive Thru (this is an early class, starts at 6pm)

June 10: Cajun Cooking-101 with John Mims of Carmine’s Creole Cafe

June 12: Fear of Fish with Stacey DiPlacidio of The Fitzwater Cafe (But what if you’re pretty sure you can kick a fish’s ass?)

June 13: A Filipino Fiesta with Lou Boquila of Audrey Claire

June 14: Gluten-Free Dinner Favorites with Genevieve Sherrow AKA The Gluten-Free Warrior

June 15: Let’s Do Brunch with Chelsea Thoumsin of Counter Culture Coffee and Scott Schroeder of South Philly Tap Room and American Sardine Bar (Brunch for dinner? Awesome. Brunch for dinner plus cocktails and coffee? Even awesomer.)

June 16: Summery Sweet Treats with Abigail Dahan of Le Bec-Fin (another early one. It starts at 2pm)

June 18: Grillin’ Galore with Brian Mahon of MilkBoy Philadelphia

June 19: Beat The Heat Cocktails with Ryan Fonash of Vintage Imports

June 21: Taco Time with Tom McCusker of Honest Tom’s Tacos (this one is going to sell out FAST)

June 22: Cheese-101 with Emilio Mignucci of DiBruno Bros and Tenaya Darlington AKA Madame Fromage

June 23: Bacon-palooza with Bryan Cohen of Bespoke Bacon (class starts at 5pm)

June 26: Classic Bistro Fare with Peter Woolsey of Bistrot La Minette

June 28: Simple, Summer Seafood with Kathy Hunt, Author of “Fish Market”

June 30: America’s Favorite Desserts with Jessie Oleson Moore, Author of “The Secret Lives of Baked Goods” (class starts at 2pm)
