Avenue Delicatessen Is Holding a Pop-Up at American Sardine Bar

American Sardine Bar and chef Scott Schroeder are hosting a pop-up on their patio this Wednesday. In attendance on the patio will be the Avenue Delicatessen, the Italian/Jewish deli from Lansdowne.

Get there Wednesday at 6 p.m. to try deep fried reuben arancini, a hot dog “knish” and more.

Reuben Arancini
Deep fried risotto balls with corned beef, sauerkraut, swiss, and russian dressing

Primavera Parm Salad
Peas, asparagus, haricot verts, grape tomatoes, oven-dried tomatoes and radishes with a lemon Parmigiano vinaigrette

Hot Dog “Knish”
Grilled hot dog slathered in schmaltzy potatoes with caramelized onions and leeks with grainy mustard

Tofu Pastrami Sandwich
Smoked pastrami tofu, russian dressing, cole slaw on thick-sliced rye

Cheesecake
Lemon curd and berries
