It’s been a helluva first year for Rex 1516, so they’re throwing a party. The Rex 1516 one-year anniversary crawfish boil and jazz weekend kicked off last night with new executive chef Justin Swain offering up his specialty crawfish boil (two pounds of crawfish, andouille sausage, corn and red bliss potatoes) for $25 per person.
