The revolving operators continue at Apollinare where Brian Nagle, founder of Philly2Night.com is the latest to take the reigns.

The husband and wife team behind Jet Wine Bar are looking at the former Philly Kitchen Share and never-was American Blackboard for a new restaurant that could open before the end of summer. [Meal Ticket]

If everything goes to plan the Foodery could open a location in Roxborough at 6148 Ridge Avenue. [Newsworks via Grub Street]

We have to admit, tableside preparation of anything hasn’t really crossed our mind since Rick Nichols smacked the Caesar salad preparation at Butcher & Singer when it opened. But today the Daily News has a piece of this forgotten bit of dining theatrics.

Bart Blatstein has been running Vino at the Piazza at Schmidt’s and effective Monday, February 1st he’ll be handing the reins over to Italian restaurateurs Fabio Auguadro and Andrea Scotacci. The new name will be Apollinare and upgrades to the setting and staff can be expected. [The Insider]

Dmitri’s third location is about a month out at 944 N 2nd Street. [The Insider]

Among the dinner additions coming to Hawthornes on February 3rd, a french fry menu with toppings like pulled pork, jerk chicken and dipping sauces. [Meal Ticket]

Verdad is adding 30 seats upstairs as well as a garden deck. [Philadelphia Inquirer]
