Gozen Frozen Yogurt is going to begin vending at the Wells Fargo Center, starting tonight. Gozen, which has existed as a frozen yogurt truck until now, will be available at a booth behind section 109.
We’ve certainly seen food trucks go to storefronts but this might be the first truck to stadium migration.

Tonight at Drinker’s West (39th and Chestnut), Crossing Broad is hosting an NHL ’12 Tournament on Xbox 360. To play, arrive before 8 p.m. and enter. The winner takes home a copy of NHL ’13 which hits stores today.

On Saturday September 15th from 1 to 5 p.m. Iron Hill North Wales will be holding a “Give 19” event for the release of Iron Hill’s Grand Inquisitor bottled reserve with the Flyers’ Scott Hartnell to benefit his #HartnellDown Foundation. The “Give 19” event is a spin on Iron Hill’s popular “Give 20” fundraisers where 20% of proceeds from participating food sales go toward a non-profit or charity. Tonight the web site Flyers Faithful is hosting a Flyers themed bar quiz at Fado, proceeds from which will go to the Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation.
The quizz will cost $10 per person with proceeds benefiting Ed Snider’s charitable hockey foundation. Everyone who attends will get a free t-shirt and winners of each round will get a six pack of a limited edition, specially brewed Classic Winter Lagr.
So get your team of up to six Flyer fans and get down to Fado. The quiz starts at 8 p.m.

Tuesday can often be lame but tonight is not one of those lame Tuesdays. Eric Ripert is cooking at 10 Arts, David Moore is hosting a wine dinner at Matyson. But what really matters tonight is game seven between the Flyers and Sabres. Sound is a must and we just checked, Devil’s Den will be among bars where the audio will be blaring and all Yards, Philadelphia Brewing Co. and Franziskaner drafts will be a dollar off.
UPDATE: The James/Stillwater beer dinner that we originally had listed as happening on Tuesday, is actually scheduled for Wednesday, the 27th. Good news for those of you who thought you missed it.

Tonight’s a big sports night. We’ve got Cliff Lee on the mound for the Phillies and the Flyers kick off the NHL playoffs against the Buffalo Sabres.
So obviously a place with lots of TVs is a must and some good drink deals aren’t a bad idea either. After all the hockey playoffs will hopefully stretch into mid-June. We recommend Misconduct Tavern tonight where there are ten HDTVs and drink specials that don’t suck. Among the deals; $3 cans of Sly Fox Pikeland Pils, Sly Fox Phoenix Pale Ale, Avery White Rascal and drafts of Magic Hat Vinyl.

Last week Adsum was giving away shots for each goal and Tastykake sliders during a Flyers game last week. Tonight there will be mini foie poutine and a can of beer for $10 at the bar tonight as the Flyers take on the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Sounds like fun to us.
