One could argue that the two best things in the world are meat and fried food. If you are the type of person who would make such an argument, then feast your eyes on the empanada. 

The empanada is a crispy pastry stuffed with meat, cheese, fruit, or anything in between, depending on the chef. Most typically served in Latin cuisine, the empanada can count as a small snack or an appetizer leading up to a gut-busting meal.

Six Pack: Lobster Specials in Philadelphia

As lobster prices hit a 30 year-low and finding funny colored crustaceans is at an all-time high we’re starting to see the seasonal specialty all over. Six Pack: Philadelphia’s Zombie-Proof Restaurants

In the wake of yesterday’s zombie attack in Miami, I’ve been thinking (as I often do) about the inevitable zombie apocalypse. And when I get to thinking about the inevitable zombie apocalypse, my thoughts often turn to practical questions like: When the worst finally happens, where would I hole up for a final drink? Or, when feeling somewhat less fatalistic, what restaurants in Philadelphia would be best for weathering an invasion of the undead?

Thus, as a public service, the Foobooz Zombie Defense Working Group has come up with a list of the 6 best restaurants in Philadelphia for witnessing (and possibly surviving) a zombie attack.
