Posted by Kirsten Henri on January 11th, 2008

Foster’s Homewares

Thinking about culinary school? Fancy yourself a cheffy type? Before you pony up that tuition, you might want to take advantage of one of the free classes offered around town. Housewares mecca Foster’s has two upcoming free Saturday classes with local chefs:

Saturday, January 12th, 2:00 P.M.: Michael O’Halloran of Bistro 7 demonstrates his approach to eclectic American bistro dishes.

January, 26th, 2:00 P.M.: Blake Joffe of Northern Liberties tapas hotspot Bar Ferdinand shows us the techniques to making this versatile Spanish bar food.

Williams-Sonoma also offers free classes on a regular basis.
